How much does commercial cleaning cost in Adelaide?
It depends on floor area, how often you need us, and what's included — a small office cleaned twice a week is a very different job to a 5,000 m² warehouse scrubbed nightly. Rather than quote a misleading number online, we do a free site assessment and give you a fixed monthly price against a written scope, usually within 48 hours.
What we can tell you: our pricing is fixed monthly, not hourly. You know exactly what you're paying before we start, and it doesn't move unless your scope does.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We work month to month with 30 days' notice either way. Long lock-in terms exist to protect cleaning companies from their own service quality — we'd rather just do the job well enough that you stay.
Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?
Yes to both. We carry public liability cover and are registered with WorkCover SA — certificates of currency available on request, and we're happy to have them on file with your building manager.
Every team member holds a current National Police Check. Staff working in childcare and school settings also hold a Working With Children Check as required under South Australian law.
Can you clean outside our business hours?
That's how most of our work is done. Early mornings, evenings, overnight and weekends are all standard for us — we schedule around your operation, not the other way around. Warehouse and industrial cleans in particular are usually done between shifts or overnight.
What if something isn't cleaned properly?
Tell your account manager and we'll acknowledge it the same business day. Depending on what it is, we'll either return to fix it or make sure it's addressed on the next scheduled clean. It goes into our audit records either way so the pattern gets caught, not just the incident.
Do you supply consumables like toilet paper and hand soap?
We can. Plenty of clients ask us to manage consumables — paper products, hand soap, sanitiser, bin liners — so they stop running out unexpectedly. It's quoted separately from the cleaning scope, either at cost plus a handling fee or built into your monthly figure, whichever you prefer.
