What's included

What a standard office scope covers

Frequencies are set per site. Most offices run a daily or three-times-weekly core clean with periodic tasks layered on top.

Every visit

  • Empty and reline all bins, remove waste to the building's collection point
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas; mop hard floors
  • Clean and sanitise kitchens, sinks, benchtops and appliance exteriors
  • Full amenity clean — toilets, basins, mirrors, restock consumables
  • Spot-clean glass doors, partitions and reception surfaces
  • Wipe down desks, where clear, and shared touchpoints

Weekly & fortnightly

  • Detail dusting of skirting, ledges, sills and vents
  • Wipe down and sanitise all door hardware and light switches
  • Clean internal glass and meeting room partitions
  • Machine buff and edge-clean hard floors
  • Detail vacuum under and around desk banks

Periodic

  • Carpet steam cleaning — quarterly or half-yearly
  • Hard floor strip and reseal
  • Internal and external window cleaning
  • High dusting of light fittings and air vents
  • Upholstery and workstation partition cleaning

Every scope is built for the individual site — this is the starting point, not a fixed menu.

Why it matters here

An office clean is judged in the first ten seconds

Clients form a view of your business at reception, and staff form a view of their employer in the kitchen and the toilets. Those three spaces carry more weight than the rest of the floor combined.

  • Reception, kitchen and amenities get priority in every scope we write. They are the highest-visibility, highest-complaint areas in any office.
  • We work around your hours, not ours. Early morning, evening or overnight — whatever means your team never sees us.
  • Security is handled properly. Key registers, alarm codes and after-hours access documented, with named staff accountable for each site.
  • Consumables never run out. We can manage paper, soap and sanitiser stock so the facilities manager stops fielding complaints.
  • Hot-desking and flexible layouts are accounted for. Clear-desk areas get wiped; occupied desks are left alone unless you tell us otherwise.
Typical schedule

A typical Adelaide office contract

This is what a 600–900 m² office floor with 40–60 staff usually looks like.

Core clean, 3–5 nights a week

Bins, floors, kitchen, amenities and reception. Typically 90 minutes to two hours with a two-person team, starting after 6pm.

Detail tasks rotated weekly

Dusting, glass and touchpoint sanitising spread across the week so nothing is left more than seven days.

Quarterly periodics

Carpet steam clean and hard floor maintenance, scheduled on a Friday night or weekend so the floor is dry by Monday.

Documented audit each month

Your account manager walks the site against the scope, photographs anything below standard, and sends you the signed report.

Common questions

Office Cleaning — your questions answered

How often should an office be cleaned?

Most Adelaide offices run a core clean three to five times a week. Under about 15 staff, three times a week is usually plenty. Above 40 staff, or anywhere with a busy client-facing reception, daily is the norm.

Kitchens and toilets are what drive the frequency, not desk space. If those two areas are used heavily every day, they need attention every day — the rest of the floor can often run on a lighter rotation.

Do you clean during or after business hours?

Whichever suits you. The majority of our office work is done after 6pm or before 7am so staff never encounter cleaning in progress. Some clients prefer a daytime presence for reception and amenities top-ups, which we can also staff.

Will the same cleaners come every time?

Yes. You get an assigned team, not whoever is available. They learn your access, your layout and your priorities. When someone is on leave we send a trained replacement who has been inducted on your site — not a stranger with a key.

Do you clean individual desks?

We wipe down clear desks and all shared touchpoints. Desks with paperwork, equipment or personal items on them are dusted around rather than disturbed, unless you've asked us to do otherwise. Most offices run a clear-desk night once a week so we can do a proper job.

Can you supply toilet paper, hand soap and bin liners?

Yes. We can manage the full consumables list and keep stock levels topped up so you stop running out. It's quoted separately from the cleaning scope — either at cost plus a handling fee, or rolled into your monthly figure.
